Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the Demographic Factor that including the sex, age, education level, occupation and incomings that caused The Choosing Behavior of the Wedding Studio Service Shop in Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province. Moreover, the objective of this research is to study The Service Marketing mix such as Products and Services, Prices, Location, Promotion, The Performance of Employee, The Service procedure and the physical environment that caused The Choosing Behavior of the Wedding Studio Service Shop in Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province. For the study of the Demographic Factor that caused The Service Marketing mix of people who used the Wedding Studio Service Shop in Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province is The easily example group which was used in this study was random by the 400 of people who live in Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province. The statistics which were used in data analysis are the frequency distribution, the Percentage, the average and the Standard deviation. For more further, the Pearson Correlation was used in the result of the hypothesis and found that.


The results showed that the majority example group were females in the age of 22 - 30 years old, finished the Bachelor's Degree, working in the private company and had the average income about 15,000-20,000 Baht per month. For the Behavior of Wedding Studio Shop choosing caused that the majority example group chose to take the wedding photo, they used to use the service for one more and they knew the wedding studio shop by the internet. Their spouses were the main key of the decision in choosing the shop and the most interested package of the shop had the cost about 20000 baht up. Moreover, the study found that the Factor of the marketing mix might have an effect on the Behavior of the wedding studio shop choosing in totally and some divided side for more numbers. The factor of the service producer had an effect to the Behavior of the wedding studio shop choosing in the first thing, the secondary is the factor of products & services. The last thing is the factor of physical environment.


For the Study of Hypothesis shown that the Factor of Demographic such as sex, age, the education level work and the different income have the effect to the wedding studio shop' s service choosing in Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province. The study shown that there is the different in the mix of market, the service of products and the position of the place include the physical environment of the wedding studio shop that relate with the Behavior of the wedding studio shop choosing of the respondents. Moreover, the study shown that the different of the education level effected to the market mix of the market services wedding studio shop in Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province.
