Factors Having Financial Impact on Business Expansion of Building Contractors in Nkhon Pathom Province

Abstract

This research aims to study problems financially affecting building construction from the points of view of construction managers and contractors in contractors companies in  Nakhon-Pathom Province. Forty-six respondents were chosen to provide the information. Questionnaires were used as a research tool. Results from the analysis were obtained with percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-Test statistical analysis using SPSS software package. Problems were analyzed and sorted in terms of severity index. The data categorized by personal status and building types were analyzed to identify the major problems for contractors. The problems were categorized into the most severe, moderate, and the least severe violence respectively. The results show that “limited funds”, “fluctuations in contractors material prices”, “economic fluctuations”, and “the increases in interest on a loan” are the most serious obstacles all contractors encounter. Therefore, these problems should be carefully controlled to avoid failure of the financial management of construction.

           Restrictions on the issue of cooperation in the survey a tool in the study of organizations some contractors the goal of education is the building contractor the number respondents was not many which might be a tool to learn more to increase the storage for a lot more.

         The impact of the financial problems in the expansion construction of the building the target audience is limited and contractor organizations in Nakhon Pathom and very small enterprises the perspective of the respondents in a similar way it is the opinion of a small organization only which might be more education in the region and country in order to gain broader perspective of the organization at large as well.
