A Study of Competencies and Development Approaches in it Management of School Administrators Under The Secondary Education Area Office 33 (The Interdisciplinary Network Area 8: Srinakon-Utcha)

Abstract
The objectives of the current study are to study the information technology management competencies and guidelines for the development of competencies in information technology management of educational institution administrators under the secondary education area office 33 (The interdisciplinary network area 8: Srinakon-Utcha) using 281 participants. The questionnaire was a 5-level estimative scale questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.88. The data analysis includes percentage, mean, and standard deviation. At the statistical significance level of 0.05.
The research findings are as described. The competency in IT management of educational institution administrators affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33. The result found generally at the highest level. The comparison of each aspect shows as the followings. The ability to support the use of information technology for education is generally found at the highest level for all aspects. The guidelines of information technology skills of administrators of educational institution administrators under the secondary education area office 33 (The interdisciplinary network area 8: Srinakon-Utcha) are described following. The information technology skills using in education and right-operation of administrators is found negatively for the cases of their educational qualification which causes their lack of understanding and realizing the importance of information technology in education and the topics like the copy-right or software are ignored. School administrators are lack of information technology management skill that can be included in sustainability management. And school administrators are lack of information technology supporting skill. The information technology tools are insufficient for the causes of high costs of purchasing and repairing that makes the operative delay.
