Condition and Problems of In-School Supervision in Amphor Buntharik, Under Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract
This Article aimed to to study and compare conditions and problems of in-school supervision in Amphor Buntharik. Categorized by educational background of teachers and school sizes, the sample consisted of 228 teachers. The tool used for collecting the data was 5-level rating scale questionnaire based on Gickman Gordon and Ross-Gordon’s concept.
The research results revealed as follows:
1) In general, the conditions of in-school supervision were at high level. 2) In general, the problems of in-school supervision were at low level. 3) The schools with Bachelor’s Degree and Postgraduate generally showed different supervision conditions with statistical significance at 0.05. 4) The schools with different sizes; small, medium, and large generally showed different supervision conditions without statistical significance at 0.05. When considering each aspect, it was found that 2 aspects were different with statistical significance at 0.05; group work skill development and curriculum development. 5) The schools with Bachelor’s Degree and Postgraduate generally showed difference of supervision problems without statistical significance at 0.05. When considering each aspect, it was found that there were 1 aspect that were different with statistical significance at 0.05; classroom action research. 6) The schools with different sizes; small, medium, and large generally showed different supervision problems with statistical significance at 0.05.
