The Network of Development of Being the City Prototype Community in the Community Organization of Raiking Sub-District, Sampran District, Nakorn Pathom Province

Abstract

This article has the objective in order to study the network of the development of being the city of the prototype community in the community organization of Raiking Sub-District, Sampran District, Nakorn Pathom Province is the management of the large local community. This is consist of 17 villages, 28 communities. This has the total population for 24,866 persons by this has separated to be men for 11,794 persons, women for 14,982 persons. The condition of the area of Raiking Sub District, has the condition of the lowland area that has the abundant land. This has Ta Jeen river to flow pass and this has many canals. This will be suitable for doing the career in the agriculture. Previously, most of the population will use the agricultural area such as, the fruit garden, the vegetable garden. Later, when this has the economic expansion and the decentralization to the local area. This will make to create the change and the development in other sides of being the city community by the cooperation to develop from both the government sector, the private sector and other social institutions that are the multiply network together with the development of the community of Raiking Sub-District. By the use of the temple to be the center of the development. This has the change and the development in other many sides that are the benefit for the community and the general people such as, Mettapracharak hospital, Watraikingsoonthornuthit school, Watraikingwitthaya school, Raiking municipality, Teacher development institute etc. And in the part of the Raiking community, this has the evolution, the continuous development from the countryside community that has the agricultural career to be the principle to step forward to the change that is the city community. By this has the participation from other organizations until this has created to be the network. This is happened in order to develop the community together by this will live the capital of the local power that is the capital in the natural resource and the environment, the capital in the society and the culture, the capital in the knowledge and the capital in the economy that are available in the community. This will make to create the development that is changed from the countryside community to be the city community by the cooperation of every departments in Raiking Sub-District.
