Buddhist Integrated to Conflict Management for Reconciliation in World Society

Abstract

The Conflict is a human nature which all of them could not avoid dealing with.  The cause of conflict is of 5 external factors: (1) data conflict, (2) interest conflict, (3) relationship conflict, structural conflict and value conflict.   For the concepts of Buddhism, the cause of conflict is a result of interaction between external and internal factor.  For instance, external factor are Papanchadharm such as: craving, conceit, view, and Akusalamula (unwholesome root) is as follow: greed, anger, misconception, and Conviction that performs the function of linking internal factor with Akusalamula and  becomes motivation to create conflict leading to violence.  Buddhist dharma approach to solution of conflict is of 2 levels as 1) Individual level and 2) Social Level. That will strengthen social welfare and stability in community.
