Abstract

The objective of this study is to reflect nowadays change in our society which it rapidly changes how we live and generates new valuables all the time. This change is unavoidable and it dramatically impacts on many organizations - even the successful organizations. However, if we take a deeper look on its impact, this change can turn into new opportunities for both organization and individual person which it triggers new visions, attitudes, and helps to find out more updated and effective innovations to launch the organization. Therefore, the change in organization is essential for any manager to apply both management and leadership strategies to develop the innovative leadership to be the innovative-leader in reality who can deal with every aspect of work and lead the organization to succeed in the outside world.
