บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบพี่เลี้ยงเสมือน และ 2) เพื่อทดลองใช้ระบบพี่เลี้ยงเสมือนสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยและโรงเรียนพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาเขตภูมิภาคตะวันตก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลการเรียนรู้ของครู เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) ภายใต้แนวคิดระบบพี่เลี้ยงเสมือนและความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล พื้นที่วิจัย คือ โรงเรียนในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาเขตภูมิภาคตะวันตก จ.กาญจนบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยคือ ครู จำนวน 25 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sample) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระบบนวัตกรรมพี่เลี้ยงเสมือนสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยและโรงเรียนพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาเขตภูมิภาคตะวันตก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลการเรียนรู้ของครู มีผลการประเมินคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก (= 4.68, S.D.0.07) มีองค์ประกอบ 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) บทบาทพี่เลี้ยง 2) บทบาทผู้รับการดูแล 3) ระบบพี่เลี้ยงเสมือน 4) เครื่องมือการเรียนออนไลน์ และ 5) การประเมินผล 2. ผลการใช้ระบบพี่เลี้ยงเสมือนสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยและโรงเรียนพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาเขตภูมิภาคตะวันตก เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลการเรียนรู้ของครู มีคะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน
