บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างภาวะผู้นำการปรับเปลี่ยนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นนวัตกรของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2. 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลภาวะผู้นำการปรับเปลี่ยนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นนวัตกรของครู และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการปรับเปลี่ยนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นนวัตกร รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี แบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 มีจำนวนพารามิเตอร์กับขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในอัตราส่วน 1: 15 ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 120 โรงเรียน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารและครู 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่า IOC ตั้งแต่ 0.60–1.00 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา เท่ากับ 0.957 วิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ระยะที่ 2 ใช้วิธีเชิงคุณภาพโดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา มีการประเมินแนวทางการพัฒนา
ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างภาวะผู้นำการปรับเปลี่ยนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นนวัตกรของครู มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์
2. ค่าอิทธิพลภาวะผู้นำการปรับเปลี่ยนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีอิทธิพลรวมและอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อความเป็นนวัตกรของครู
3. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการปรับเปลี่ยนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นนวัตกรของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี เขต 2 มี 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการสร้างความร่วมมือ การทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน 2) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์แบบองค์รวม 3) ด้านการจัดการความรู้ส่วนบุคคล 4) ด้านสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรม
