บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนออนไลน์การจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยด้วยการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบ MOOC เพื่อตอบสนองสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง 2) เพื่อประเมินการนิเทศออนไลน์การจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยเพื่อตอบสนองสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงด้วยการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบ MOOC ขั้นตอนดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการเตรียมการ การสร้าง และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพบทเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 5 จำนวน 208 แห่ง จำนวน 379 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหาความต้องการความช่วยเหลือและแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยเพื่อตอบสนองสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงครูปฐมวัย และบทเรียนในรูปแบบ MOOC วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 พบว่า การนิเทศออนไลน์ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน 30 ประเด็นพัฒนา และบทเรียน MOOC 3 Module ได้แก่ การศึกษาแบบคละอายุ การจดจ่อในสิ่งที่เรียน และหลากหลายการประเมิน แต่ละModule มีองค์ประกอบ 8 หัวข้อ ได้แก่ ชื่อเรื่อง จำนวนชั่วโมงเรียน คำอธิบายหน่วย วัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้ เนื้อหาสาระ สื่อและแหล่งการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล และการมอบหมายงาน ผลการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 2 พบว่าการนิเทศออนไลน์มีผลประเมินคุณภาพของบทเรียน MOOC อยู่ในระดับมาก และสามารถสร้างระบบนิเทศออนไลน์ที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัยในยุคดิจิทัล
องค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบนิเทศออนไลน์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับครูปฐมวัยในยุคดิจิทัล เหตุผลสำคัญช่วยแก้ปัญหาการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูในสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
