การนำพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ E-Commerce มาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม SMEs ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) รูปแบบและวิธีการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SME) ในประเทศไทย 2) รูปแบบและลักษณะของพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-COMMERCE) และ 3) การนำพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-COMMERCE) มาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ในประเทศไทย ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) จำนวน 15 คน ในประเทศไทย
ผลการศึกษาตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 1) พบว่ารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการองค์การมีวิธีวิธีการบริหารจัดการด้านผู้บริหารมีการควบคุมงานผ่านระบบการประเมินผลที่มีความชัดเจน และครอบคลุมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (= 4.43, S.D.= 0.74) รองลงมาคือ ผู้บริหารขององค์การมีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ (
= 4.40,S.D.= 0.76) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ การที่องค์การมีการวางแผนตามแนวโน้มกระแสธุรกิจ (
= 4.30, S.D.= 0.76) วัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 2) พบว่ามีการการยอมรับนวัตกรรม (IA) ประกอบด้วย 3 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ โดยวิธีการบริหารจัดการด้านองค์การมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการนำนวัตกรรมมาใช้เพื่อความสำเร็จขององค์การ ด้านองค์การมีการรับรู้ถึงความสะดวกในการใช้งานนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ และด้านองค์การมีการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการนำนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ มาใช้งาน และวัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 3) พบว่ามีการใช้พาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (EC) ประกอบด้วย 4 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ โดยวิธีการบริหารจัดการด้านองค์การมีระบบการชำระเงินหลากหลายรูปแบบผ่านพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านองค์การมีการบริการลูกค้าผ่านระบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านองค์การมีการสั่งซื้อและการจัดส่งด้วยระบบพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
