รูปแบบกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมคุณธรรมที่ปรากฏในหนังสือนิทานชาดก 10 บารมี ของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณธรรมที่ปรากฏในหนังสือนิทานชาดก 10 บารมี ของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) ที่ผสมผสานการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ทั้งการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงบรรยาย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักธรรมของนิทานชาดก 10 บารมี โดยมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ 1. วิริยะบารมี ร้อยละ 92 2. ปัญญาบารมี ร้อยละ 91.2 3. ขันติบารมี ร้อยละ 90 และ สัจจะบารมี ร้อยละ 90 4. เนกขัมมะบารมี ร้อยละ 89.8 5. อธิษฐานบารมีร้อยละ 87 6. อุเบกขาบารมี ร้อยละ 86.7 7. เมตตาบารมี ร้อยละ 86 8. ศีลบารมี ร้อยละ 85 9. ทานบารมี ร้อยละ 79.8 และพบว่าโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธได้จัดกิจกรรมหลากหลายที่สอดคล้องกับแต่ละบารมีในนิทานชาดก เช่น กิจกรรมเล่านิทาน การวาดภาพประกอบ การปลูกป่า การทำสมาธิ และการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะ และยังพบว่า กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับหลักการเรียนรู้เชิงพุทธ โดยเน้นการเรียนรู้ผ่านการลงมือทำ การสะท้อนตนเอง และการมีส่วนร่วมในกลุ่มเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้คุณธรรมอย่างลึกซึ้ง นอกจากนี้ กิจกรรมยังตอบสนองแนวทาง Active Learning โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้คิดวิเคราะห์ แสดงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ผลการประเมินแสดงให้เห็นว่านักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีความเข้าใจในหลักธรรมและคุณธรรมเพิ่มขึ้น เช่น ความเมตตากรุณา ความอดทน ความเสียสละ และการรักษาสัจจะ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่ดีขึ้นในชีวิตประจำวัน นอกจากนี้ ผลการวิเคราะห์ยังแสดงให้เห็นว่าการจัดกิจกรรมที่ปรับให้เข้ากับบริบทของโรงเรียนและชุมชนช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิผลของการเรียนรู้
ข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญชี้ให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของนิทานชาดกในฐานะสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่สามารถส่งเสริมคุณธรรมและพฤติกรรมเชิงบวกในกลุ่มนักเรียน ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้รวมถึงการนำรูปแบบกิจกรรมไปขยายผลในโรงเรียนอื่น ๆ การพัฒนาสื่อการสอนเพิ่มเติม และการจัดการฝึกอบรมครูเพื่อส่งเสริมการออกแบบกิจกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับหลัก Active Learning และหลักพุทธศาสนาเพื่อสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่ยั่งยืน
