บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความปลอดภัยตามกฎระเบียบของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารความเสี่ยงกับความปลอดภัยตามกฎระเบียบของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แนวคิดการบริหารความเสี่ยงตามแนวคิดของ COSO-ERM 2017 และ ความปลอดภัยตามกฎระเบียบของสถานศึกษาเป็นกรอบการวิจัย พื้นที่วิจัย คือ สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 24 คน และครู จำนวน 298 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 322 คน ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) และนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนของประชากรในแต่ละขนาดสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 ชนิด คือ 1) แบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ 2) แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ความปลอดภัยตามกฎระเบียบของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. การบริหารความเสี่ยงมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับมากกับความปลอดภัยตามกฎระเบียบของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
