บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ 2) การบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์กับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 9 คน ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครู 94 คน ใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกแบบแบ่งชั้นและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) แบบสอบถามการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. การบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ความสัมพันธ์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์กับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกและมีระดับความสัมพันธ์สูง
องค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยนี้ สามารถนำไปพัฒนาคุณลักษณะด้านภาวะผู้นำและด้านการบริหารสถานศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
