การพัฒนาหลักสูตรอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการออกแบบวิจัย ของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีไออาร์พีซี จังหวัดระยอง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมาย คือ เพื่อสร้างและศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการออกแบบวิจัย ของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีไออาร์พีซี จังหวัดระยอง กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ 1) ผู้บริหารของสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา 2) หัวหน้าแผนกวิชา / หัวหน้าแผนกงาน/อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีไออาร์พีซี โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้งสิ้น 42 คนเครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมิน แบบบันทึกผลการสะท้อนคิดจากกระบวน AAR (After action review) และคู่มืออบรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสรุปเนื้อหาแล้วเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) หลักสูตรอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการออกแบบวิจัย ของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีไออาร์พีซี จังหวัดระยอง มีองค์ประกอบ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) โครงสร้าง 4) เนื้อหา 5) (2) ด้านทักษะการออกแบบวิจัย พบว่า มีทักษะอยู่ในระดับดี (3) ด้านทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำวิจัย พบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเกิดทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำวิจัย
สรุปได้ว่าหลักสูตรอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการออกแบบวิจัย ของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีไออาร์พีซี จังหวัดระยองสามารถนำไปอบรมกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
