บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารวิชาการ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารวิชาการ และ 3) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารวิชาการ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 313 คน ทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนจำนวนผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นชั้นในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 1.00 และความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.969 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับการบริหารวิชาการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา
2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารวิชาการโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน
3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารวิชาการ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และงบประมาณ ส่งผลต่อการบริหารวิชาการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณระหว่างด้านเหล่านี้กับการบริหารวิชาการเท่ากับ 0.663 และด้านเหล่านี้สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนการบริหารวิชาการได้ร้อยละ 43.90 สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ในรูปคะแนนดิบและสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานคือ
"Y" ̂ = 1.967+.174X3+.177X1+.201X2 และ "Z" ̂y = .236X3+.271X1+.264X2 ตามลำดับ
