Public Health Service Quality and People’s Satisfaction: The Study of Local Government, Tepwongsa Sub-District, Kemmarat District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract
The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between public health service quality and people’s satisfaction: the study of local government, Tepwongsa sub-district, Kemmarat district, Ubon Ratchathani province. The researcher used a questionnaire from literature review for collecting 388 respondents. The statistical analysis are frequency, percentage, standard deviation and Pearson correlation.
This study show that the components of service quality in terms of reliability, empathy, assurance, tangible and responsibility related significantly to people’s satisfaction at r = .48, .394, .368, .344 and .312, (Sig .000), respectively.
