บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการสอนรายวิชาระบบไอซีทีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาโดยใช้เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (2) เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของชุดการสอนระบบไอซีทีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษา และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของชุดการสอนรายวิชาระบบไอซีทีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษา รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เป็นกรอบการวิจัย พื้นที่วิจัยคือมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลรัตนโกสินทร์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชานวัตกรรมการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ชุดการสอนรายวิชาระบบไอซีทีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 8 ชุด แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสอบถาม ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยการสอนโดยใช้ชุดการสอนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยค่าอำนาจจำแนกและค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .874 สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ และค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการสอนรายวิชาระบบไอซีทีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาโดยใช้เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทุกชุดมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.14/84.92 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ (2) ดัชนีประสิทธิผลของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา จากการใช้ชุดการสอนรายวิชาระบบไอซีทีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาโดยใช้เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.8105 แสดงว่านักศึกษามีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.05 (3) ชุดการสอนรายวิชาระบบไอซีทีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาโดยใช้เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทั้งในภาพรวมทุกด้าน ภาพรวมรายด้าน และรายข้อมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก
องค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยนี้คือ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้ประสบความสำเร็จเป็นเรื่องจําเป็นที่ผู้สอนต้องหาวิธีการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้ผู้เรียนเรียนได้อย่างเข้าใจโดยผู้สอนจะต้องเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาควบคู่กับการให้ความรู้กับผู้เรียน โดยเน้นกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่กระตุ้นความคิดของผู้เรียนได้คิดกว้างคิดหลากหลายและคิดสร้างสรรค์มากที่สุดตามศักยภาพของผู้เรียน
