Abstract

This article aims 1) To study the management skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century. 2) To present guidelines for developing the management skills of school administrators in the 21st century. Mixed methods research model. The population is 156 teachers in Nawawattana Group schools from 9 schools. There are 2 types of tools used to collect data: 1) The questionnaire is a 5-level estimation model with a confidence value of .989. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and 2) structured interviews. By interviewing 3 specifically selected executives. The research results found that
1) Overall, the skills of school administrators in the 21st century are at a high level and when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level, including communication skills. Organizational management skills Technology and digital skills creative skills and human skills.
2) Guidelines for developing the skills of school administrators in the 21st century these include human skills, which school administrators must be receptive to, open-minded, and receptive to their subordinates listen to opinions and then analyze them to find ways to develop and solve problems together. Have knowledge and experience in working in all 4 departments in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education. in order to effectively manage the work and have an understanding of how to use technology correctly and appropriately to keep up with the current world.
Findings from this research. Educational institution administrators can use educational institution administrator skills in the 21st century as a guideline for developing educational management. To have quality according to educational standards in order for educational institutions to continue to be efficient and effective
