Moral School Management Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract

This Article aimed to 1) study the confirmatory factor analysis of moral school administration under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and 2) to compare the evaluation of the moral school administration project under Bangkok using the CIPP Model and evaluation by experts. The research format was descriptive research using the concept of the Moral School Center " Yuwasathirakhun Foundation" as the research framework. The research area was schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample group in the confirmatory factor analysis consisted of 205 schools under Bangkok. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling. The sample in the project evaluation analysis was drawn from simple random sampling in each district. A total of 50 schools under Bangkok and 5 experts were obtained using the purposive sampling. The research tools were questionnaires and evaluation forms for the Moral School Project under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Confirmatory factor analysis and descriptive content analysis were performed.

The research results showed that: 1. The confirmatory factor analysis of moral school administration comprised 4 components: 1) planning and participation 2) teaching and learning management 3) promotion and support 4) learning measurement and evaluation. 2. The comparison between the evaluation of moral school administration using CIPP Model found that overall aspect was at high level. When considering each aspect, at the highest level there were 1 aspect, that is, the environment, and at the highest level there were 3 aspects. Evaluation of the moral school project under Bangkok by experts showed that the overall and each aspect were appropriate.
