สถานศึกษายุคดิจิทัลกับการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในการขับเคลื่อนงาน อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้แสดงถึงการนำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เข้ามาใช้ในการขับเคลื่อนงานในสถานศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเป็นหัวใจสำคัญที่ช่วยยกระดับกระบวนการบริหารจัดการและการเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัยและยั่งยืน โดยกรอบกระบวนการ D2AIM ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ การรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ การพัฒนาโมเดล AI การนำไปใช้ และการติดตามและปรับปรุง มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในทุกมิติของการบริหารสถานศึกษา เช่น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนเพื่อออกแบบการสอนที่เหมาะสม การใช้ AI ในการบริหารจัดการด้านการประเมินผลการสอนและการพัฒนาครู การจัดสรรทรัพยากร และการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ การรวบรวมข้อมูลที่มีคุณภาพสูงและความหลากหลายจากผลการเรียน พฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ และข้อมูลบุคลากร เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการนำ AI มาใช้เพื่อตรวจจับแนวโน้มและรูปแบบที่สามารถพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาให้เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ในขณะที่การติดตามผลและการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องช่วยสร้างความยั่งยืนในการบริหารงานและเพิ่มความมั่นใจในการใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ
