Abstract

In an era, where the world is constantly changing, bringing some private sector entrepreneurs, as well as government administration have to make an adjustment. Especially, when COVID-19 occurs, the educational management system was temporarily interrupted and the format of learning management has been changed to a new one. Educational personnel at all levels must develop themselves to learn rapidly. Many people learned digital skills through this event. However, it can be seen that organizations with the executives, who are ready to handle change, will be able to lead the organization through obstacles and create management innovations. In the era of global chaos, also known as BANI World, the modern world with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. In order to keep up with changes and lead the organization to reach its goals, school administration should develop themselves to have various skills of educational institution administration, thinking, leadership, self-management, technology and innovation, including communication skill. This article aims to present some important knowledge about school administration skills from the VUCA WORLD era to BANI WORLD and educational institution administration skills in BANI World.
