Development of a Meeting Notification System via Google Calendar and Line Notify: A Case Study of Lopburi Highway District 1 Nong Muang Highway Section Department of Highways Region 11

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) design and develop a meeting notification system, (2) evaluate the efficiency of the meeting notification system, and (3) assess user satisfaction with the meeting notification system using Google Calendar integrated with LINE Notify at Lopburi Highway District 1, Nong Muang Highway Maintenance Unit, Highway Office 11. The research methodology employed experimental research and development (R&D) based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. The research instruments included: (1) a meeting notification system using Google Calendar integrated with LINE Notify, (2) a system efficiency evaluation form, and (3) a user satisfaction questionnaire. The sample group consisted of 25 personnel from Lopburi Highway District 1, Nong Muang Highway Maintenance Unit, Highway Office 11, and three experts who evaluated the system efficiency. The statistical methods used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The research findings indicated that: (1) the system was able to record meeting schedules through Google Calendar and send notifications via the LINE application effectively; (2) the overall system efficiency was evaluated at a good level; and (3) user satisfaction with the system was rated at a good level (ðĨĖ = 3.91, S.D. = 0.76). The integration of Google Calendar with LINE Notify enhanced accuracy, reduced missed appointments, enabled advance reminders, saved time, and improved communication efficiency.
