THE EVALUATION OF TAX COLLECTION SERVICES OF KHORIAN SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, PHRANAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA DISTRICT, PHRANAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aims to 1) evaluate tax collection services of Khorian Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province and 2) study problems and suggestions of tax collection services of Khorian Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The samples consist of 241 tax payers in the area of Khorian Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phra Nakhon Si Aytthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The tools used in this study are questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results indicate that 1) the overall evaluation of tax collection services of Khorian Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province is in high levels. Considering each aspect, the environmental one is in high levels while the aspects of imported factors, procedures and products are in moderate levels. 2) The problems and suggestions of tax collection services of Khorian Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province are as following: 2.1) The environmental aspect shows that tax payment counter services are narrow and unordered and it is suggested that the tax payment counter services are proportionally separated, 2.2) The aspect of imported factors shows that officials are not ready for services and it is suggested that officials should be trained, 2.3) The process aspect shows that there are no outdoor services and it is suggested that there should be a unit for outdoor tax collection services during official holidays and to publicize this for the early awareness of the people, and 2.4) The product aspect shows that the projects of the Sub district Administrative Organization conformed to the needs of some communities and it is suggested that the approval of various projects should be considered according to the urgent needs of the community.
