THE OPINION OF PERFORMANCE OF PERSONNEL OF AIR TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL, DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, RTAF

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the opinion of performance of personnel of Air Technical Training School, Directorate of Education and Training, RTAF; and 2) to study ways to improve the performance of personnel of Air Technical Training School, Directorate of Education and Training, RTAF. The population in this research was 110 personnel of Air Technical Training School, Directorate of Education and Training, RTAF. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical tools used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that: 1) the opinion of performance of personnel of Air Technical Training School, Directorate of Education and Training, RTAF was found at a high level, in which leadership and training were the areas found to have the highest and lowest average respectively; and 2) ways to improve the performance of personnel of Air Technical were as follows: 1) In terms of leadership, a leader should have wide vision and creativity; 2) In terms of discipline, spirit of unity within groups should be instilled; 3) In terms of training, the needs of personnel for training should be surveyed; and 4) In terms of ethics, fairness and justice of the authorized personnel should be borne in mind.
