Guidelines for the Development of the Student Care System Operation in Watpradoosongtham School under the Office Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the operating conditions of the student care system and to propose the guidelines for the development of the student care system operation. The research method was divided into 2 steps including to study the operation condition of student care system and to figure out the guidelines for the development of the student care system.
The results of the research presented that first, the overall and each aspect of the operating conditions of the care system for students at Wat Pradoo Songtham School were at a very high level. Last, the guidelines for developing a system consists of 5 areas including knowing each student individually, such as collecting information about students’ talent systematically. Second, screening the students, such as analyzing the data of each student from collected individual information. Third, developing the students, such as organizing the useful activities for promoting and developing students. Fourth, preventing and solving the problems, such as supporting students’ problems closely. Last, referring or supporting students to the right places or right people, such as fast helping for any emergent troubles or needs.
