Factors influencing entrepreneurs in Mae Ka sub-district, Phayao province to choose electronic payment system.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the factors that influenced entrepreneurs at Mae Ka sub-district, Phayao province to choose electronic payment system. The data was collected from 240 samples using questionnaires. The statistical methods used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and binary logit model.

The results of the study showed that most of the respondents were married female entrepreneurs, age 40-49 years old. They held educational degree lower than bachelor's degree. Their monthly income was less than 15,000 baht and belonged to other businesses. For the innovation feature factor, most of the opinions were at the highest level. For the communication factor, most of the opinions were at high level. The model of factors influencing entrepreneurs, i to choose electronic payment system in Mae Ka sub-district, Phayao province is reasonable. Accuracy in predicting the acceptance of electronic payment systems of entrepreneurs in Mae Ka sub-district, Phayao province, was 89.60 percent. The factor of entrepreneurs that was greatest influencing to choose electronic payment system in Mae Ka sub-district, Phayao province was personal factors. From the analysis, it was found that marital status of personal influenced choosing electronic payment systems at the 0.05 level of significance.
