The Status and Development to The Model of Disability Promote to The Community-Based Rehabilitation

Abstract
The important fundamental concept to working with persons with disabilities were models of disability that lead to the treat for persons with disabilities. This article explores status and development to the model of disability promote to the community-based rehabilitation in disabilities care system. The collected data was from document data, in-depth interview and participation observation form key informants who were stakeholder for descriptive analysis. Results were that have four models of disability in community that were the charity model, the medical model, the social model and the citizenship model. The status of the model of disability depends on the perspective and roles of stakeholders. Integrated of model of disability effected of the development of the model of disability form learning together of stakeholders. That adjusted to perspective, deficiencies, and reduced conflict between the model of disability. Therefore, the stakeholders should have an integrated and wider perspective to drive the community-based rehabilitation.
