Success Factors in Implementation of The Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of Local Administrative Organization : A case study of Nong Bua Lam Phu and Udon Thani Provinces

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the level of operations and success factors in implementing the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of Local Administrative Organizations. by using mixed research select a specific sample group namely 8 local administrative organizations in Nong Bua Lam Phu and Udon Thani provinces. Data collection tools consisted of a sufficiency economy level indicator. Semi-structured interview form Group Discussion Summaries and Opinion Surveys. The study found 8 local government organizations were at a level that did not fit into the range of 1 at the level of understanding at the amount of 6 at the level of accessibility at the amount of 1 at the factor of success to the implementation of the philosophy of sufficiency economy.  The success factors for the implementation of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy consisted of 1) management and participatory organizational culture. The local administrative organization has an administration that emphasizes participation by creating a network of cooperation. Both personnel in the organization and local people. 2) Leadership of the executives. visionary Adhere to good governance Emphasizes the principle of understanding, accessing, developing, and having the ability to manage budgets. 3) Building a network of cooperation with external organizations Strengthen integrated development with various network partners. To strengthen the development power that benefits the people. These factors are important that make local government organizations successful from the application of the philosophy of sufficiency economy.
