A STUDY OF LOCAL WISDOM TRANSMISSION OF SCULPTIN BUDDHIST LENT CANDLE THROUGH NONSUNG ARTIST’S PATTERN IN NONSUNG SUB-DISTRICT, NONSUNG DISTRICT, NAKHONRATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

       The purpose of this study is to explore a study of local wisdom transmission of sculpting Buddhist lent candle through Nonsung artist’s pattern in Nonsung sub-district, Nonsung district, Nakronratchasima province. Is analyze about study process and strategies of transmission of sculpting Buddhist lent candle. The instruments used in this study are two types of in-depth interviews and participatory observations. The result of the research found a study of local wisdom transmission of sculpting Buddhist lent candle through Nonsung artist’s pattern in Nonsung sub-district, Nonsung district, Nakronratchasima that include two purpose is process transmission of sculpting Buddhist lent candle is developed pattern of those things from plywood to steel and process of the make pattern is developed from paste pattern to make on his own. And objective is inherited a local wisdom transmission of sculpting Buddhist lent candle through Nonsung artist’s pattern stay together. The processing of knowledge is casting and make a candle pattern. And have two method about local wisdom transmission of sculpting Buddhist lent candle through Nonsung artist’s pattern, seeing demonstration and authentic practice.
