Abstract
This research aimed to study the level of perception of learning and teaching principles of Pre-Service Teachers, consisting of the 3rd year students who study the Learning and Teaching Subject in the second semester of academic year 2019, Faculty of Education Mahasarakham University. a total of 350 people, consisting of General Science 41 people, Mathematics 71 people, English Language 46 people, 44 Thai Language programs, 64 Social Studies programs, 64 people, Early Childhood Education 45 people and Technology Education and Computer Studies 39 people. The research sample were of the 3rd year students studying courses, learning principles and teaching in semester 2, of academic year 2019, Faculty of Education.Mahasarakham University, a total of 303 people, consisting of 36 General Science Programs 59 people
