Creative Leadership Enhancement Program of Administrators under Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization

Abstract

              The purposes of the research were (1) to study current conditions

and desirable conditions to Creative Leadership Enhancement Program of Administrators under Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization and (2) to Development Program for Creative Leadership Enhancement Program of Administrators under Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization. The teachers were selected by purposive sampling from 226 participants, Administrators under Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization. The research instrument were evaluation form. The Statistics used for analyzing data were mean and standard deviation.

              The results are as followed :

1. Result of the current conditions and desirable conditions about Creative Leadership Enhancement Program of Administrators under Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization reported that the current conditions and desirable condition are possibility, suitability and utility are at the most level.

                        2. Result of a use of a program of Creative Leadership Enhancement Program of Administrators under Khon Kaen Provincial Administration Organization by 5 experts . Were 7 parts 1) principle 2) attitude of program 3) main 4) structure 5) how to develop 6) times in develop and 7) evaluation, reported that the program’s possibility, suitability and utility are at the most level.
