Happy Environment in Workplace: Happy Workers and Achieving Goals

Abstract

This article aims to emphasize generating happy environment for the organization that makes worker happy and productive. Happy environment in an organization can push and trigger workers’ positive attitude such as dedicated and determined towards their responsibilities and organization. Primary Factors that create happy environment within organization include workplace location, love in work, creative and new ways of working, helpful of each other, and positive attitude of working. The organization’s supervisors or leaders initiate these factors of happy environment.Organization supervisors should comprehensively focus on three areas, which are physical, mental, and societal. Last but not least, this article also mention about the benefits of having happy environment composing of two achievement, which are successful people and achieving goals.
