PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF THE SAVINGS COOPERATIVE. CHIANG MAI HEALTHCARE CO., LTD.

Abstract

This research has 3 objectives included; 1) to study the history and property management of the Chiang Mai Provincial Public Health Savings Cooperative Ltd., 2) to study the fourfold division of money principle of Buddhism, and 3) to analyze the property management based on the fourfold division of money principle that has appeared in Buddhism of the Chiang Mai Provincial Public Health Savings Cooperative Ltd. This research is a qualitative research with documentary research of the property management based on the fourfold division of money principle of Buddhism by applying the doctrines in Buddhism from the past to the present to manage the property.The research found that the Chiang Mai Provincial Public Health Savings Cooperative Ltd. manages property by using the fourfold division of money principle included that 1. Promote membersto save money by raising awareness of their income (Spending base on careful and useful consideration principle),      2. Promote mutual help among groups. (Spending base on uses of possessions principle),     3. The cooperative receives the deposit for future use of the member. (Spending in need), and 4. Cooperative provides funds to support members in the loan (Use of property for investment).
