Abstract

Time management and taking advantage of the time available to make the most of it is important and it is a self-development. We can use psychology to help manage our time. This article mentioned about applying of theories of psychology to used in self development program, time management and described steps to create a development program 7 steps 1) set goals for behavior that want to improve and set clearly target time
2) Collects the current data of behavior that want to Improve and other relevant factors
3) diagnose the behavior and causes of procrastination 4) planning action for self development 5) doing follow action plan and record the results 6) analyze the performance and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan 7) maintaining a new behavior and finish self development project. Self development from this time management usually develops and change behavior in a specific situation but new behaviors will continue as we can transfer to another situation.
