Abstract

Good Governance is the administration, management, control, and control of corporate affairs. It also means good management. Can be used both public and private. Principles used in this administration. The meaning is broad, that is, meaning only religious principles. This includes morality, morality, ethics, and righteousness. People should have and behave like transparency. No interference from outside organizations.
