The four types of peoples in organizations include: 1.The first type of person is the intelligent person. 2.The second type of person. This group has a medium to high maturity. 3.The third type of person. The low to medium knowledge is not very competent. 4.The fourth type of person. The innocent I do not have the qualifications of the head of a stubborn strong tenacity. Do not accept any advice or development. To manage people in the organization, we need to master the context of that person, which is called situational leadership, based on the Hersey & Blanchard concept.
