THE PERCEPTION TO HEALTH SERVICE ACCORDING TO FOUR SUBLIME STATES OF MIND OF PATIENTS TREATED BY BRONCHOSCOP OF CHAST DISEASE INSTITUTE

Abstract

This study is an Survey  research which has a purpose and an objective like : 1. To study a responsibility of health care according to the principles of Four Sublime States of Mind of people coming to receive a service from the health officials in the Institute of Chest Diseases in the Department of Using Binoculars for Windpipe Examination, and 2. To study a comparison of responsibility in a health care according to Four Sublime States of Peoples coming to receive a service from the health officials in the Institute of Chest Diseases in the Department of Using Binoculars for Windpipe Examination. A sampling group of 217 patients including their relatives receiving a health care from the health officials from this institute by depending on the ready-made sampling table of (Krejcie & Morgan). Equipment used are questionnaires about the responsibility of health care according to Sublime States of Mind. The values of Validity at all measures are 0.978 The hypothesis test uses the mean of t-test. One way analysis of Variance (ANOVA).  The consequence of result it found that the responsibility of health care according to Four Sublime States of the persons coming to receive a health care in a common image with four sides. At the most level there is an average of
4.54 A comparison of responsibility for a health care according to Four Sublime States of people coming to receive a health care, who have personally different factors about sex, ages, status quo, education and career. In a common image of responsibility it is not separate. To the status quo the distribution loving-kindness (Mettã) has a difference of statistically important meaning at the level of 0.05. The receivers of health care additionally give an offer that by depending on the loving-kindness there is a care for the patients like relatives, giving a convenience, sacrifice at most, having a submissive speech, serving all the time, helping the patients and their relatives for various benefits. The principle of compassion (Karunã) gives the patients a will power by which they can be relieved from their anxieties occurred from fearing discuses and treatment. The principle of sympathetic joy (Muditã) causes the patients to have a will-power by depending a principle of Dhamma and is a goal adviser to them. The principle of equanimity (Upekkhã) makes the patients happy in giving the special data for a careful decision, hearing the patients’ opinions, organizing a system of treatment according to a correct process and helping the patients and relatives for confronting the problem in life.
