Abstract

Decision making is a process of acquiring alternative available from options and can choose the general way. Decision making is a matter of leadership and role that the difference between executive and practitioners.

The executives who made the order must have the principles and reasons, attitude and good decision making are also a way to achieve the goal of the organization.

In addition, the essence of the decision for executives to start finding methods and guidelines to get the right information is the source of the principle “Kalamasutta” that the Buddha said in the scriptures.
