Abstract

All the individual born into this world are of personality and behavior of their own as called innate character or personification which might be successive from the past continuity of subli-mental consciousness or the present social environment. To this context, any identification and personification of the individual are confined to the groups of Dhamma, i.e. the six types of lineage and the six types of characteristic behavior as cited in Buddhism. Thus this article is of objectives to compare the difference between those groups of Dhamma and their effect to the social order, while the methods to train people of those characteristics are also suggested. That is to say, Buddhism is regardless of whether the well-born or the low-born as the supreme but a good conductor according to meritorious actions. For example, any good conductor shall be called Sukkābhijāti type, and on the contrary, any bad conductor called Kanhābhijāti type. The one who has practiced strictly till his attainment to Nibbhāna is regarded as the most Sukkābhijāti type. In the case of a person of a characteristic behavior, i.e., one of lustful temperament, of hasting temperament, of deluded temperament, of faithful temperament, of intelligent temperament, and of speculative temperament, they are the subjects of observation and consideration for the sake of individual supervision and/or training as well as association. Any type of a person belongs to those characteristics, if following the way of unwholesome action, may cause serious troubles to the society, and on the contrary, if being wisely recommended and trained, shall cause prosperity and calmful happiness to society through public generally.
