บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทยสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยมุ่งเน้นมหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่มที่ 1: Research & Innovation Oriented Universities ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการผลักดัน Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) สู่การปฏิบัติจริง กลุ่มเป้าหมายของการศึกษา ได้แก่ อธิการบดีหรือผู้แทนที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก 8 มหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่ติดอันดับ 400 แรกของ THE Impact Rankings 2023 การวิจัยใช้วิธีสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการจำแนกประเภทข้อมูล (Typological Analysis) การวิเคราะห์คำหลัก (Domain Analysis) และการสรุปแบบอุปนัย (Analytic Induction) เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับกรอบแนวคิดและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่มวิจัยควรใช้แนวทาง 1) สร้างความตระหนักรู้และบูรณาการ SDGs ในทุกระดับขององค์กร 2) กำหนดเป้าหมายและนโยบายที่ชัดเจน 3) จัดตั้งหน่วยงานเฉพาะเพื่อขับเคลื่อน SDGs 4) สนับสนุนทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น 5) จัดทำฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการวางแผนและพัฒนา 6) ส่งเสริมการสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงาน 7) สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ และ 8) เชื่อมโยง SDGs กับการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมให้เกิดผลกระทบเชิงสังคม องค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่ได้จากการวิจัยคือ การขับเคลื่อน SDGs ในมหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่มวิจัยต้องมีการบูรณาการพันธกิจหลักด้านวิจัยและนวัตกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนโดยใช้กลไกการวิจัยเพื่อผลกระทบ (Research for Impact) และการสร้างความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์กับภาคเอกชน ภาคประชาสังคม และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานและขยายผลลัพธ์ของ SDGs อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
