The sample comprised 236 residents who had used at least one such application within the past six months9. Data analysis utilized multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that the predictors collectively explained 87.1% of the variance in usage decisions. Factors showing a positive and statistically significant influence were led by Ease of Use (Beta = 0.366), Reliability (Beta = 0.228), and Effort Expectancy (Beta = 0.195). Conversely, the Tangibles dimension of service quality showed a significant negative influence.
