การศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของประชากรผู้ใหญ่ในเขตเมืองในประเทศไทย : การศึกษาแบบตัดขวาง

บทคัดย่อ
ที่มา: ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเป็นทักษะการรับรู้และทักษะทางสังคมในการเข้าถึง และเข้าใจข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ แต่ยังมีงานศึกษาในเขตเมืองไม่มาก จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของประชากรผู้ใหญ่ในเขตเมือง และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ
แบบวิจัย: การศึกษาแบบตัดขวาง จัดทำในช่วงระหว่างเดือน ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ถึง เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 ณ ห้องตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกคลินิกเวชศาสตร์ครอบครัว และหน่วยปฐมภูมิเขตเมืองโรงพยาบาลวชิรพยาบาล
วัสดุและวิธีการ: ศึกษาในอาสาสมัครที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 35-75 ปี จำนวน 524 คน โดยใช้แบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพคนไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และเชิงอนุมานเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผล
ผลการศึกษา: ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุอยู่ในช่วง 35-59 ปี มีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพไม่เพียงพอ ร้อยละ 62.60 และระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพไม่เพียงพอสัมพันธ์กับ อายุที่มาก การไม่เคยตรวจสุขภาพ และการเข้ารับบริการร้านขายยา
สรุป: ผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพไม่เพียงพอ จึงควรมีการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพแก่ประชากร เพื่อให้สามารถดูแลสุขภาพตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
