Abstract
Family medicine doctors in Thailand began their endeavors to create a health care system that was universally accessible to the people. This system has continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of society and the population. For the past 25 years, the development of family physicians has been an important policy in Thailand. It focuses on providing comprehensive and easily accessible health services. Develop the potential of more service units and community health service centers. Increase the number and develop personnel for primary care services especially family physicians to provide services at the local level for the strength of the primary service system in the future.
