Abstract
This article is one part of outcome and impact review of Thai family physician toward Thai healthcare system in two decades. The article demonstrates the outcome on academic development which divide into three parts. The first part is the document review of related researches, lesson learning and experience from Thai and others countries. The second part summarizes five scoping reviews which was conducted by Thai family physicians in the past two decades. This part reflects the common health problems that Thai family physicians has encountered, how they response and solve these problems. The last part analyzes and interprets the second part result in order to formulate lesson learning and recommendation to family medicine development in the future.
