Abstract
Objectives : To develop and evaluate health care services system for sepsis patients with the participation of multidisciplinary teams and primary care units in Chonnabot districts Khonkaen province
Design : Action research
Materials and Methods : Develop a service system with the relevant multidisciplinary teams. According to WHO guidelines, “6 Pillars of a Health System The research activities were implemented during fiscal year 2020-2021, Evaluation in the patient care outcomes ; 107 cases.Analyses of descriptive statistics; counts, percentage, qualitative data applied content analysis.
Results : Evaluate of care in 2020-2021; The patients were then Hemoculture before antibiotic treatment 85.45%,86.54%, received antibiotic with in 1 hour after diagnosis 100%,100% at least 30 cc/Kg Intravenous fluids in the first hour (if no IV Contraindications) 81.82%,82.69%, the referral of sepsis patients 16.36% ,9.62% , and no mortality rate for sepsis and no incidence of patient complaints was found.
Conclusions : Improving care services system adopting the Six Building Blocks of A Health System can create effective service arrangements in response to care as a result; patients receive including proper care safe standard
