Abstract
การระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา-2019 (SARS-CoV2) เป็นวิกฤตสำคัญส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตจำนวนนับล้านคน1 นอกจากการเสียชีวิต ภาวะทุพพลภาพจากปัญหาแทรกซ้อนที่เพิ่มทวีแล้ว สถานการณ์การระบาดที่เกิดขึ้นยังส่งผลต่อวิถีชีวิตและสภาพจิตใจของประชาชนทั่วโลก เกิดความเครียด ความวิตกกังวล โดดเดี่ยว สิ้นหวัง ซึมเศร้า ไปจนถึงการฆ่าตัวตาย ซึ่งพบรายงานการฆ่าตัวตายที่เป็นผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การระบาดนี้ในหลาย ๆ ประเทศ2 รวมทั้งประเทศไทย3 สถานการณ์การระบาดที่เกิดขึ้นส่งผลให้เกิดมาตรการเข้มข้นเพื่อควบคุมและป้องกันการแพร่กระจายของโรคนี้และมีผลผลกระทบต่อ เศรษฐกิจ สังคมและวัฒนธรรมในวงกว้าง ที่สำคัญการระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา-2019 ได้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความไม่เท่าเทียม (Inequality) และความไม่เสมอภาคหรือการมีโอกาสที่ไม่เท่ากัน (Inequity) ทางสังคมและสุขภาพที่มีอยู่เดิมได้ขึ้นไปอีก4,5
