Affective Domain Learning for Humanization in Medical Education

Abstract
Establishing empathy and humanized care for undergraduate doctors requires an understanding of mind management. The medical teacher must practice understanding and dealing with feelings of both yourself and others in order to transfer the competency to medical students. The preparation affective domain learning process in medical education is to understand the meaning and expression of understanding in the medical context. Medical teachers have to practice affective domain teaching skill by observing their own feeling, practicing managing emotional frustration of themselves and others. By practicing important basic skills in understanding and healing the patient's feelings, including deep listening skills and reflection skills. Teacher themselves would be a good role model and know how to transfer these skills to medical students, so that they could do basic emotional healing for the patients.
