Abstract
Breaking bad news is telling the truth to patients. The quality of breaking bad news creates satisfaction for patients and their families. It is necessary to learn and practice. In addition, having a protocol or guidelines for breaking bad news will also help improve the quality of breaking bad news. Currently, there are many popular methods for breaking bad news, such as SPIKES, ABCDE, BREAKS. This article presents three-step for breaking bad news, including 1. Before Breaking bad news 2. Delivering bad news 3. After breaking bad news ,which can be remembered and used more easily
