บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการดำเนินงานของโซ่อุปทานเกษตรอินทรีย์ในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย และ (2) ทดสอบโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัย โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) การวิจัยเป็นเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตสินค้าเกษตรอินทรีย์ จำนวน 400 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) และโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (χ²/df = 1.067, GFI = 0.929, CFI = 0.996, RMSEA = 0.013, SRMR = 0.074) และตัวแปรแฝงทุกตัวมีความตรงและความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ ซึ่งปัจจัยด้านการจัดการการผลิต ความร่วมมือ การรับรองมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ กลยุทธ์การสร้างความแตกต่าง และความสามารถในการตอบสนองลูกค้า มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อผลการดำเนินงานของโซ่อุปทานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณาขนาดอิทธิพล พบว่า การจัดการการผลิตมีอิทธิพลสูงสุด (β = 0.483) รองลงมาคือ ความร่วมมือ (β = 0.399) การรับรองมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ (β = 0.307) กลยุทธ์การสร้างความแตกต่าง (β = 0.270) และความสามารถในการตอบสนองลูกค้า (β = 0.219) ตามลำดับ โดยตัวแปรทั้งหมดสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของผลการดำเนินงานได้ร้อยละ 73.60 (R² = 0.736) ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนว่า ผลการดำเนินงานของโซ่อุปทานเกษตรอินทรีย์เป็นผลจากกลไกเชิงระบบที่เกิดจากการบูรณาการปัจจัยสำคัญหลายด้าน ซึ่งร่วมกันยกระดับประสิทธิภาพของโซ่อุปทานในด้านต้นทุน คุณภาพ ความรวดเร็ว และความยืดหยุ่น อันนำไปสู่การเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแข่งขันและความยั่งยืนในระยะยาว อีกทั้งยังค้นพบว่า “การจัดการการผลิต” เป็นปัจจัยหลักที่มีอิทธิพลสูงสุด ซึ่งแตกต่างจากงานวิจัยเดิม และขยายบทบาทของความร่วมมือและการรับรองมาตรฐานในฐานะกลไกเชิงกลยุทธ์ของโซ่อุปทาน
